Provider listings without hidden ranking claims
Placiva will label public-source, provider-supplied, sponsored, and verified profiles separately. Sponsored status is not a quality claim.

| Public-source profile | Built from publicly available provider facts and links. | Placiva has not verified quality or availability. |
| Provider-supplied information | The provider supplied information for the listing. | Not all claims are independently checked. |
| Sponsored listing | The provider pays for placement or visibility. | Payment is not a ranking or quality claim. |
| Placiva verified | Reserved for a future documented verification method. | Not used until verification exists. |
