Placiva welcomes corrections for factual errors, outdated sources, unclear labels, and privacy concerns.
Use the contact page to report a source issue, outdated claim, provider-label concern, privacy request, or accessibility problem.
Include the page URL, the claim or label at issue, the source you believe is more accurate, and whether the concern is urgent.
Placiva may update the page, clarify a limitation, replace a source, remove a claim, or leave the page unchanged when the existing source still supports it.
Corrections do not create provider verification, professional advice, warranty obligations, or emergency support.
