Placiva collects only the information needed to run planning tools, respond to contact requests, and handle provider requests with consent.
Forms may collect name, email, project location, project type, timeline, budget range, notes, and contact preferences.
Placiva stores request records in private storage and may share project details with matching providers only when the request flow clearly asks for that consent.
Optional analytics is off unless accepted through the cookie preference control. Form field contents are not sent as analytics events.
Phone/SMS automation, ad pixels, remarketing, checkout, payment processing, financing referrals, and broad lead resale are not enabled in the MVP.
